Kings Sedgemoor Equestrian Centre use a range of Entry methods. Our preferred method is via online booking via an external provider.
Paper entries are safely destroyed within 1 month of the competition date. Once all results are verified and payments by cheque processed. No information is stored from paper entries and No information is ever passed onto outside 3rd parties unless for medical, legal or required by an affiliated body such as British Dressage, British show jumping, or an organisation to which you have a membership too. Kings Sedgemoor will inform you of passing of information to these bodies unless it is in a form of results or a query over membership.
Kings Sedgemoor never store credit or debit card information. Transactions are done over the phone or with the person present. Any card information which comes on a paper entry will be securely dealt with. Once the transaction is done those details will be destroyed immediately.
Cheques will be processed on receipt and not kept until after the event.
