NSEA Grassroots and RPL Christmas Showjumping

Grass Roots Qualifiers for the Grass Roots Regional Championships (see website for
dates) as well as the NSEA Grass Roots Festival at Hickstead in August 2025
Regional Points League Classes
Team Points- towards the regional points leagues, calculated at the end of the academic year, where the
highest 4 schools will qualify for the NSEA Championships at Addington in October.
Individuals placed in the top 6 in the RPL 70, 80, 90 classes qualify to compete at the RPL Individual
Championships at NSEA GR RPL Championships at Hickstead in August.
This competition is open to schools from all counties and regions.

Class 1 40cm Team & Individual Grass Roots Qualifier (may be led/assisted) Judged on jumping penalties,
placings separated on style marks. Not timed
a) led, unled and running in close proximity with the pony.
b) assisted- in the ring but does instructor not move with the pony
Top 6 individuals in each section to qualify. Top 6 teams to qualify, which can be made up of riders in either section
Class 2 50cm Team & Individual Grass Roots Qualifier (may be assisted) Optimum time
Class 3 60cm Team & Individual Grass Roots Qualifier (may not be assisted) Single phase
Class 4 70cm Team & Individual Grass Roots Qualifier (may not be assisted) Single phase
Classes 5-7 NSEA 30cm Rule applies
